“When it comes to prices – said Cuzzolin – we must take into account that there is a supply chain that is suffering a lot. Distribution is the first link that absorbs the increases applied by the producer and is in great difficulty in discharging them downstream to final customers. Because – he clarified – the utilization sector had contracts closed at fixed prices that were difficult to renegotiate. The proof is that we are beginning to feel a decline in real demand. And if the supply chain suffers, we all suffer, even upstream».
